Christopher and celebrated choral lyricist Charles Anthony Silvestri have composed a new choral suite called 'Transfigurations' for the Chromatica Chorale of the San Francisco Bay Area. Tickets for the world premiere are available at Chromatica Chorale's website.

Kennedy Center

Christopher's new completion of Puccini's final opera 'Turandot' will premiere at the Kennedy Center, with performances on May 11, 13, 17, 19, 22, 24, and 25. Christopher, alongside librettist Susan Soon He Stanton (HBO's Succession), was commissioned by Washington National Opera to write a new ending to Puccini's masterpiece, which was left unfinished when he died. Carnegie Hall

Christopher will be returning to Carnegie Hall in his first New York concert appearance since the pandemic. Presented by DCINY, he'll be conducting their in-house orchestra and a mega-choir made up of participants around the world, in a program of his greatest hits. Guggenheim Museum

Christopher will be at the Guggenheim Museum discussing his new completion of Puccini's final opera 'Turandot', alongside librettist Susan Soon He Stanton and artistic director Francesca Zambello. The talk is part of the Guggenheim's celebrated 'Works and Process' lecture series, where the world's great creative minds give an exclusive look inside their creative process. California Festival

Christopher will be guest conducting his piece 'Njooni Waamanifu' (a Swahili setting of Adestes Fideles) for the season opener of the Inner City Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles, featuring the Angel City Chorale. The concert is part of the California Festival, a monthlong celebration of classical music in the Golden State. Visit the ICYOLA website for more information.

Bing Concert Hall

Christopher's GRAMMY-nominated work 'The Lost Birds' was premiered at Stanford University's Bing Concert Hall on February 25th, 2023. Christopher conducted his collaborators VOCES8, augmented by their VOCES8 US Scholars, accompanied by the Friction Quartet and Keisuke Nakagochi.

World Premiere: To Shiver the Sky

The world premiere of 'To Shiver the Sky' at Washington DC's newest concert venue The Anthem has officially been rescheduled. Christopher will be conducting the US Air Force Band and Choral Arts Society of Washington, with additional soloists to be announced. This concert will be free, but with ticket reservations required in advance. Please visit Washington Performing Arts' website for latest info about reservations.

Stay-at-Home Choir: "Sogno di Volare"

The leading virtual choir organization has announced that Christopher's anthemic Civilization VI theme, "Sogno di Volare", will be their next virtual choir project. Singers from all around the world can participate by signing up here.
